Farsta

Farsta in Stockholm is a yoga district with three studios: Friskis&Svettis Farsta, Dakini Yoga and Tiny tree yoga. Classes lean toward gentle, restorative and yin practice, with vinyasa, hatha and ashtanga alongside, plus sound baths with gong and bowls and classes for people 60 and over. Mornings and evenings share the timetable, and weekends have a smaller share.
