Energii City - Reformer Pilates

Energii City is a reformer Pilates studio in Norrmalm, Stockholm. Classes are built around the reformer, with a focus on the core and pelvic floor and a strong, steady pace. Signature Reformer and Classic Reformer run 50 minutes, and Mamma/Bebis Prenatal & Postpartum is there for prenatal and postnatal practice. Many classes fall in the morning, with fewer in the evening and on weekends. A good fit for anyone who likes Pilates with real resistance and clear structure.
