Stockholm Pilates Center

Stockholm Pilates Center is a Pilates studio in Vasastaden, Stockholm. The classes center on reformer and mat Pilates, with matwork variations such as Garuda Matwork and Matwork Mix, plus Barre and a class called Medicinsk gruppträning. Reformer classes range from Reformer Intro for first-timers to the Reformer Master Class for those with more experience. Many classes work with strength, the core and the pelvic floor. Classes run across the day, with mornings and evenings both well covered and some on weekends.
