What the classes are
The studio's classes are almost all Pilates, with a large share using the reformer. Its named programs, FS8 Original, FS8 ReformX and FS8 Ignite, each run for 50 minutes and combine strength, stability and flexibility. Some sessions carry themed names, such as wear-your-gear or retro-workout classes, but the format stays the same.
Most of the timetable falls before noon, with about a third of classes starting before 9am. That makes the studio a fit for people who practice before work, and the evening starts from 4:30pm to 5:30pm draw a steady crowd as well.
Who leads and how to book
Classes are led by a team of about ten facilitators, with Alize Crespin, Taylor Knabe, Gracie Carpenter, Brynn Wheeler and Lauren Lamastra among those teaching the most sessions. Madison Villanova, Marissa Novak and Shannon Sanassarian also lead regularly.
The studio's own page presents its trainers as certified and focused on coaching each person through the movements. Passes are not part of how classes are booked here, so each visit is a single class.
