Our Prenatal Pilates classes are offered as a 6-week series, taking place every Sunday at 12:00 PM. Upcoming Series: October 18 – November 22 6 Classes | $210 This series is a wonderful opportunity to stay active, strong, and comfortable throughout pregnancy, while exercising in a supportive environment with pregnancy-appropriate modifications. What to Expect Throughout the series, you'll work with a variety of Pilates equipment, including the Reformer, Stability Chair, and Spring Tower. Classes are designed to accommodate all three trimesters of pregnancy, with exercises and modifications tailored to your changing body. Classes will focus on: - Building and maintaining strength, particularly through the legs, glutes, back, arms, and deep core - Developing pelvic floor awareness through breath and controlled movement - Maintaining mobility and functional movement as your body changes - Supporting posture and overall body awareness throughout pregnancy - Providing an opportunity to move alongside other moms-to-be in a welcoming, small-group environment No previous Pilates experience is necessary. Can I Attend Regular Classes While Pregnant? Yes! Prenatal clients are also welcome to attend our regular Level 1 Reformer classes. Please let your instructor know that you are pregnant so they can provide appropriate modifications throughout the class. As your pregnancy progresses, particularly as you enter your third trimester, we strongly recommend transitioning to our dedicated Prenatal Pilates classes. These classes are specifically designed around the changing needs of the pregnant body and allow for more individualized pregnancy-appropriate modifications. You are also welcome to combine Prenatal and Level 1 classes depending on how you're feeling and what works best for your body. Registration The full 6-class series is $210.
