In The Space Bali Yoga & Co-working Uluwatu’s words

Kundalini Awakening is an active meditation practice rooted in tantric tradition, designed to gently stir and rise the dormant life-force energy that lives at the base of the spine. Combining dynamic movement, natural sound, conscious breathing, and inner visioning, participants are guided into an embodied, energized state where stored tension can release and life-force energy can begin to flow more freely. Rooted in tantric philosophy, this practice honors the body as sacred — awakening energy not through force, but through presence, softness, and permission. As kundalini energy rises through the body’s centers, it can bring greater aliveness, sensuality, emotional release, and connection to one’s own inner power. This session may help participants: • Awaken and circulate dormant life-force energy • Release stored tension held in the body • Reconnect with sensuality, aliveness, and inner power • Move and breathe freely, allowing natural sound to arise • Feel safely held while exploring a more activated state Kundalini Awakening provides a safe, soft, and body-honoring space to explore this powerful tantric practice — always at a pace that respects your own body’s rhythm.
