Aspern in Donaustadt offers yoga, barre and Pilates, with mobility and stretch, meditation and breathwork alongside. SoulBody Vienna runs most of the classes, and Yoganotion adds a few more. Most classes are open to all levels and taught in German, some in English, spread fairly evenly across mornings and evenings with a smaller weekend share.
