Maité Health Club 1070 is a Pilates and movement studio in Neubau, Vienna. Classes center on reformer and mat Pilates, with strong, core-focused sessions for the core and pelvic floor, plus functional strength, sculpt, mobility and barre. Yoga, meditation and breathwork appear in smaller numbers, including a fusion class that mixes yoga, Pilates and meditation. Many classes suit all levels, and some are marked for experienced practitioners. Most classes run in the morning, with evenings and weekends also on the schedule.
