Yoga Dealerei

Yoga Dealerei is a yoga studio in Neubau, Vienna, with classes in yoga and Pilates. The timetable runs from vinyasa, ashtanga vinyasa and power yoga with hip hop to yin, slow flow into Yoga Nidra and a basic yoga class for people starting out. Pilates comes at two levels, with the intermediate class working through longer sequences. Mobility and Muay Thai classes sit alongside the yoga practice, and Chill deine Basis brings breathwork and gentle relaxation. Most classes suit all levels, with some for experienced practitioners, and mornings are the most common time to practice, followed by evenings and weekends.
