Oberstrass

Oberstrass in Kreis 6 has a couple of studios, Younion Yoga and see feel move, with yoga at the center of the timetable. Most classes are open to all levels and run in German, English or both, covering hatha, yin, gentle and restorative practice, plus some breathwork, pranayama and chanting. Classes fall about evenly between mornings and evenings, with some on weekends.
