Yoga Nest Oerlikon

Yoga Nest Oerlikon is a yoga studio in Oerlikon, Zurich. Classes are taught in English and mostly open to all levels, with several suited to a first class. The timetable covers hatha, vinyasa, aerial yoga in a hammock, yin with sound bath, and restorative yoga paired with yoga nidra. Breathwork and meditation appear often, from pranayama sequences to quiet, slow classes built around rest. Lunch flows and dynamic sessions with fascia-focused stretching sit alongside gentler options. Classes run through mornings and evenings, with a good share on weekends.
