Yoga Nest Zentrum

Yoga Nest Zentrum is a yoga studio in the Rathaus district of Zurich. Classes range from hatha, vinyasa and ashtanga-inspired flow to yin, mobility and restorative practice, mostly for all levels. Aerial yoga appears in several forms: foundations, restorative and partner sessions. Gong baths and a sound bath class pair with meditation and yoga nidra for slower evenings. Classes are taught in English, with some in German or bilingual, and most run in the evening, with weekend classes too. A community class on seva and a run and yoga session are part of the schedule.
