Shammi's Yogalaya - UAE chapter Mumbai is a yoga studio in Abu Dhabi. The classes are hatha yoga, each an hour long. Two levels are offered: Advanced Hatha Yoga for experienced practitioners, and Beginners/Intermediate Hatha Yoga for people newer to the practice. Some classes have a gentle pace. Classes run in the mornings, so the practice sits at the start of the day.
