The new moon is the darkest night of the month. No light to perform for, nothing to show yet. This class makes room for that kind of beginning: we slow the breath, come down low, and let the body rest in not-knowing before we ask it for anything. From there, one quiet question: what wants to start? Not the plan your head already wrote, but the small, honest pull you can only feel once you stop rushing. We breathe toward it, and give it some ground to grow. This 2 hour immersive experience is designed specifically to support the female nervous system through ceremonial cacao, intentional breathing, somatic awareness, and deep rest. In a culture that often keeps women in states of chronic stress and overactivation, this session offers a space to regulate, restore, and reconnect. Each month we explore a different theme and each week, a different topic within that theme. This ensures each time you walk away with a different takeaway. Together, we'll explore how to: • Shift from stress and survival into a state of safety and presence • Release tension and emotions stored in the body • Increase body awareness and reconnect with your inner signals • Access greater emotional balance, clarity, and self-trust • Cultivate a deeper relationship with yourself and your feminine rhythms You may experience: • Reduced tension and nervous system regulation • Deep relaxation and emotional release • Enhanced connection to your body and intuition • Increased feelings of grounding, safety, and vitality • A renewed sense of ease and embodied presence No prior experience is needed. Wear comfortable clothing and come as you are. Please avoid eating for at least 1.5 hours before the session to allow for a more comfortable and supportive breathwork experience. Note: This session is not suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions. If you are pregnant or managing acute health issues, please consult your healthcare provider before attending and inform the facilitator at the beginning of the session.
