What the classes are
Most of the schedule is strength and conditioning. BlazeFit sessions form the core, and precision lifting adds a more technical focus. Mat Pilates and Pilates run alongside them, giving a lower-impact option within the same studio.
Classes are grouped by level. Rookie is for beginners, riser for intermediate practitioners and blazer for advanced. Experienced classes are a smaller part of the week. The labels make it easy to find the session that matches where you are.
How the week runs
The studio runs from early morning into the evening, with about half of its classes in the morning and about a third in the evening. Weekend classes are few, so most of the practice happens on weekdays. Class lengths range from 30 minutes to an hour, with 60 minutes as the usual length.
For anyone building practice around work, the early starts at 5:30am and 8:30am are the most useful times to plan around.
