The practice at this studio

The studio's timetable is built around yoga, which makes up about half of the classes. Vinyasa, Pilates and strength sessions sit alongside restore, yin and breathwork, so a regular practice can move between effort and rest. Gong and bowls appear in about a third of the classes, giving the studio a distinct sound thread.

Many classes combine a movement practice with a sound bath, such as Vinyasa & Sound Bath or Sculpt Mat Pilates + Sound Bath. Sessions like Nervous System Reset and Evening Flow & Sound show how the studio pairs its flow with sound and stillness.

How the week runs

Morning classes are the most common, and about a fifth begin before 9am, starting at 7am. Evening classes account for about a third of the schedule, with the latest start at 8:30pm. Weekend classes make up about a fifth of the timetable.

The classes are led by a team of about ten facilitators, including Xiomara, Kamerin Cerrato, Dana Mojica and Luis Palomeras. Most classes run around an hour, and none require a pass.
