What the studio offers

Strength is the core of the studio, and nearly all of its classes build on it. Sweat is the most common energy, with most classes built around it. Some classes are labeled Strong, which makes up about a fifth of the schedule. Class names often carry a theme or a seasonal twist, like Sculpt X Sweat or Tone X Sculpt, so the name usually tells you what to expect.

Most classes last 45 minutes. The shorter Happy Hour Sweat runs 30 minutes and is a good fit for a quick session.

How the week runs

More than half of the classes start before 9am, with the earliest at 5am. Morning practice is the main rhythm here. Evening classes make up about a third of the schedule, and the latest class starts at 7pm. Midday is quiet, with very few classes.

Tuesday, Thursday and Monday are the busiest days. Weekend classes are rare, making up about one in ten of the schedule. Early starts at 5am and 6am, and evening starts at 6pm and 7pm, draw the most attention.
