What the classes focus on

The studio's schedule is built around strength. Strong and strength classes make up about half of what is offered, and pilates and mat pilates are a common thread through the week. Sculpt and strength classes appear in heated, warm and non-heated versions, and power pilates adds a more demanding option.

Yoga has a smaller place here, roughly one class in ten. Gentle flow, heated yoga flow and warm power flow with a sound bath give you slower and more intense ways into the practice, and a non-heated sound bath offers a quieter session.

How the week runs

Most classes run 45 minutes. Much of the schedule falls before noon, with more than half of classes starting in the morning and about a third starting before 9am. The most common start times are 7am, 9am, 10am and 11am. Evenings and weekends make up about a fifth of the classes each, and midday is quiet. The busiest days are Monday, Tuesday and Friday.

Because the day is so front-loaded, the studio suits people who like to practice before the working day starts. The latest class begins at 8pm, so there is still room for an evening session.
