Zoë's classes are mostly restorative. Titles such as Nervous System Reset and Reiki Infused Sound Bath describe sessions designed to slow down the body, with guided breathwork and relaxation at the start. Others, like Future Self and New Moon Manifestation, add guided visualization to the sound.
Some sessions are held in a dark infrared heated room, others in a light studio on red light. About one in ten is listed as a first class ever, so people new to the practice have a clear entry point.
