How the evenings run
The studio's evening schedule is built around 60-minute classes that open to all levels. Starts range from 6:30pm to 8pm, and Thursday and Friday are the days when the studio fills most. Nearly every class is taught in both German and English.
The practice here blends movement and inner work. Vinyasa flow works with strength and mobility, while yin holds postures for longer to soften the body. Rage & Release is a different kind of session, where breathwork, meditation, somatic movement and voice are used to make space for whatever is present.
Who leads and where to start
Cosmo and Hannah lead the most classes here. The studio offers a handful of classes, and most people come for the yoga, with breathwork and meditation sessions on the same schedule.
If you are new, a flow or yin class is a gentle place to begin. Both are open to all levels, so you can settle into the room at your own pace.
