How the week runs
The studio's week is built around the morning. Most classes start between 9am and noon, and the busiest start times are 9am, 10am, 11am and 12:15pm. Weekend days hold most of the schedule, and Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday are the busiest days. Evening starts are few, with the latest starting at 8:15pm.
Classes usually run for an hour. The format is interval-based, with bodyweight moves, kettlebells and ergometers in the sweat club, and slower, floor-based sessions in the yoga and mobility classes.
Where to begin
The entry point is the five-part level method onboarding, which teaches the basics of the community and the movements used in class. Each onboarding session is labeled by group, so a newcomer can follow the sequence from the start.
Outside the onboarding, the studio mixes calm, restorative yoga and mobility sessions for flexibility and joints with the more demanding sweat club. Restorative yoga is the place to slow down after a harder session, and the mobility work is aimed at moving more freely in everyday life.
