About fastenfit

fastenfit is a yoga studio in Hohen Neuendorf, on the northern edge of the Berlin area. Its classes are built around the day, with many starting early in the morning and a few in the evening. Most lessons are open to every level, which makes the studio a calm place to begin, or to return to yoga after a break.

It suits you if

  • you want a short practice before the working day
  • you are new to yoga and want gentle, all-levels classes
  • you enjoy face yoga and breath-led sessions

What the studio practices

fastenfit leans toward yoga, with nearly every class built on that practice. The classes are open to all levels, and most lean gentle, calm or release-focused, so the pace stays unhurried. Breathwork appears in about half of the sessions, often paired with the yoga itself.

A good share of the schedule is short. Typical classes run about 20 minutes, and the face yoga sessions, such as Detoxifying Face Yoga and a gentle morning start for energy and glow, are even shorter. These suit a practice that fits alongside a busy morning.

When and with whom to practice

Classes begin as early as 7:30am and continue through to the evening, with the latest starts at 8pm. About half the classes run before 9am, so the morning is the natural time to practice here. Monday, Tuesday and Friday are the busiest days. There are no weekend classes listed.

Caro leads more classes than anyone else at the studio, and the sessions run from a small team of facilitators. Most classes are booked individually rather than through a pass.

fastenfit: questions and answers

Is fastenfit suitable for beginners?

Most classes at fastenfit are yoga for all levels, and about half are open to people taking their very first class. The face yoga sessions are short, usually around 15 to 20 minutes, which makes them easy to fit into a morning.

When do classes at fastenfit start?

Classes run from as early as 7:30am, and about half of them start before 9am. Evening classes are also offered, with the latest starting at 8pm. Weekend classes are not part of the schedule.

Do they offer face yoga?

Yes. Face yoga sessions, such as Detoxifying Face Yoga and a gentle morning start for energy and glow, are among the classes listed. They are short and focus on the muscles of the face.

What kind of practice can I expect?

Many classes are calm, release-focused or gentle in pace, and some combine yoga with breathwork. Caro leads more classes than anyone else at the studio, and the sessions are built around an everyday rhythm rather than long, demanding practice.

Do I need a pass to attend?

No. Taking a pass is not common here, so each class is booked on its own. Classes run in a studio at Adolf-Damaschke-Straße 10 in Hohen Neuendorf, just outside Berlin.
