What the studio offers
Forméa Studio is a small studio with a handful of classes most days and a focus on reformer Pilates. Its class names are clear about the level and the language. Several classes are marked for intermediate practitioners, and about a fifth are aimed at first-timers, so there is room to start gently and build up.
The lineup also includes mat classes, a stretch and mobility class suited to all levels, and a few sound bath sessions for a slower pace.
How the week runs
Most of the week runs in the morning and the evening, with about a third of classes starting in each of those parts of the day. Midday and weekend sessions are fewer. Monday, Tuesday and Friday are the busiest days, and many people book the 5:30pm and 6:30pm starts after work.
The studio does not offer passes, so each class is booked on its own.
