A Note on Pregnancy & Postpartum: If you trained with us regularly before your pregnancy, you're welcome to keep joining our classes — as long as you feel good doing so and have clearance from your doctor. The same applies to returning after birth: please be sure to talk to your doctor first. As a general guideline, it's recommended to wait at least 8 weeks after a vaginal birth and 10–12 weeks after a caesarean. Be patient with your body and give yourself time to ease back into your routine. Inhale. Exhale. Let's meet on the mat!
