What the studio offers

Yoga is the core of the program. Most classes are yoga, and they range from slow, restorative sessions to stronger flow practices. Yin yoga appears several times, including a version with essential oils that is paired with the weekend, and hatha flow in the evening is marked for all levels.

Beyond yoga, the studio offers pilates flow with beats, breathwork and several dance styles. Commercial dance, heels, tribal fusion belly dance and twerk with latin vibes sit alongside urban dance for teens.

When and how classes run

The week leans strongly toward the evening, with more than half of the classes starting after 6pm. Classes run from 10am on the earliest days, and the latest start is at 8:15pm. Thursday and Saturday are among the busiest days of the week.

For children, a creative dance class for ages three to five is offered in 45 minutes, while urban dance for ages 10 to 13 runs for an hour. Adult classes are usually an hour long.
