What the classes cover

The studio's classes are built around functional fitness. The Basic Kurs introduces the main movements and techniques in a guided setting, while Strong(wo)man sessions focus on functional strength through farmers carries, sandbag cleans, yoke walks and tire flips. Running Club brings a more social, endurance-focused rhythm, training together on the track whether you are new to running or already experienced.

Outdoor Gym offers a different pace. Here you book a slot and train on your own terms in the open air in front of the box, with no coach and no set program.

How the week runs

Most classes take place in the morning, with about half of the schedule starting before noon and about a fifth starting before 9am. Midday classes make up about a third of the timetable, and a few run in the evening. Weekend classes account for about a fifth of the schedule.

The studio is in Tempelhof, and its classes are led by a handful of facilitators, with Christian teaching the most. Classes are taught in German, and none of the listed sessions require a pass.
