Classes range from aerial silks and trapeze to stretching, contortion and handstand, so you can move from fabric hanging overhead to a long floor session in the same week. The studio also runs a student show and teacher training, which gives the space a lively, working feel.

What the studio offers
The studio's classes cover two broad areas. In the air, you will find aerial silks, aerial hoop, aerial hammock, trapeze, vertical rope, flying pole and aerial yoga, where fabric or rope holds your weight and your spine can move with a sense of lightness. On the floor, the offer includes stretching, contortion, handstand, acrobatics and pilates, with several intensive sessions aimed at splits, backbends and shoulders.
The typical class runs about 75 minutes, and the longest sessions, such as the tresen and the performance classes, run considerably longer. Intensive courses prepare you for the more demanding contortion work, so the sequence of classes matters if you are aiming at a particular skill.
Who leads and when
Around ten facilitators lead the classes, with Siona, Sherry, David, Zinnia, Nicole, Sanscha, Felia Karina and Dunja teaching the most. Classes are taught mainly in German, and the studio is organized in a handful of spaces. Stretching and flexibility make up a large part of the timetable, followed by balance, strength and gentle classes.
The working day ends late here, so evenings are where the studio is busiest. If you come after work, the 6:15pm and 7:45pm starts are among the most common, while the 9am and 3:15pm starts suit a morning or early afternoon routine.
