What the studio offers

just pilates by Elke Fröhner-Krist offers Pilates in a small, focused format. Most of the timetable is Mat Pilates, with training using small equipment such as rings and bands. Alongside that, the studio runs equipment classes on the Springboard and Step Barrel, and personal training sessions for those who prefer working one to one.

Nearly all classes are open to all levels, so people with different experience often practice together. The classes are structured around clear, controlled movement rather than fast sequences.
