What the classes look like
Most of the studio's classes sit in a few clear groups. Yin and fascia-focused yoga, along with classes built around flexibility and joints and mobility, give time to slow, deep stretching. Vinyasa adds a more flowing rhythm, and Qi Gong brings a softer, breath-led movement. Sound baths and gong and bowl sessions appear less often and offer a quieter, more restful option.
The classes are shaped around a 45-minute length, with yoga running up to 60 minutes. Facilitators such as Jeannette, Yvonne, Nora and Sophie lead most of the sessions, and Yvonne's Qi Gong class is a distinctive part of the timetable.
How the week runs
Most sessions take place in the morning and in the evening, with a few around midday. Mornings can start as early as 8:30am, and evening classes finish at 7pm at the latest. Wednesday, Thursday and Monday carry the most classes, so these are the days when the studio is busiest.
Weekend classes are not part of the regular schedule, so the week is built around weekday practice. Classes are not offered as passes, so each session is booked on its own.
