Schwangeren Yoga und Mama Baby Yoga Wedding Familienzentrum Nauener Platz Schulstrasse 101

Schwangeren Yoga und Mama Baby Yoga Wedding is a yoga offer for pregnancy and early parenthood at the Familienzentrum am Nauener Platz. On Wednesdays, a pregnancy class runs from 12:00 to 13:30, open from week 12 of pregnancy, followed by a mother and baby class from 14:00 to 15:00 for the time after postnatal recovery. Facilitator Ulrike Oberländer works with classical hatha elements: meditation, breathing exercises, asanas and relaxation. A trial class costs €12, and a 4-class card is €64 for pregnancy yoga or €60 for mother-child yoga. The center has bright spaces, a family cafe and a garden.
