Pilates on the reformer and mat

Pilates is the heart of the timetable, and it appears in many forms. Pilates niveau I teaches the basics of the method, pairing breath with precise movement, while Pilates niveau II and Pilates I/II build toward more fluid and demanding sequences. Pilates Stretch brings the precision of the method together with stretching, and Pilates avec accessoires uses small props like balls, rings and bands.

The reformer runs through the studio as well. Reformer Fondamental introduces the machine and its core exercises, reformer tout niveau adapts to the day, and reformer Mastery and reformer intermédiaire take the work further with a fuller, more structured session.

How the week runs

Most of the week falls in the morning, with about a fifth of classes at midday and about a third in the evening. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Mondays are the busiest days. Weekend classes are few, so weekday mornings and evenings are where most people practice here.

Classes usually last an hour. Facilitators Isabelle, Delphine and Chrissie lead the largest share, and the studio does not offer a pass, so each class is booked on its own.
