Strength and cycling at the core
The studio has a weight floor with more than 80 strength machines, deadlift platforms and incline trainers, and it is known as a gym with a soul rather than a quiet studio. Its classes follow the same energy. Cycle classes like CycleCore, Lit and Fit and TURN AND BURN are built around sprints, climbs and music, while strength-led sessions like SCULPT: PowerPump and PEACH PUMP focus on posture, breathing and technique.
Pilates and yoga sit alongside these. The Pilates Club welcomes both first-timers and experienced practitioners, Power Pilates blends mat work with strength and light barre, and Body: Relax Yoga uses straps and blocks for restorative stretching that suits prenatal and postnatal practitioners.
How the week runs
Most classes start early, with the busiest start times at 6:45am, 8am, 9am and 10am. Evening classes make up a smaller share of the week, with the latest starts at 6:15pm. A fifth of classes run on weekends, and Monday, Thursday and Friday carry the most sessions.
The Kids Club and Keiki Academy give families a way to fit a session into a busy day. Facilitators include Jen Lauer, Diane Cargo, Jess Fernandez and Thomas Ockerman Jr, among a couple of dozen who lead the classes.
