How the week runs
The studio's timetable is built around the morning. Early classes start from 5am, and a little more than half of all classes fall in the morning. Mid-morning and noon sessions round out the day, and the evening schedule ends with a 7:30pm start.
Monday, Thursday and Friday carry the heaviest schedule. The 8:30am, noon, 5:30pm and 6am start times are the most common, so those are the slots where the studio is busiest.
What the classes cover
Strength is the backbone of the timetable, with BODYPUMP, BODYPUMP HEAVY, Strength Performance and Strong and Sculpted all running through the week. Alongside them are barre classes such as Snowmass Barre and Barre, and yoga classes including Vinyasa Flow Yoga and BODYBALANCE. Cycling, Zumba Blast Dance and the Basalt Gym sessions fill out the rest.
The studio also has programs for younger members, including Teen Performance, and classes focused on core and pelvic floor work. Most classes are around an hour long, so they fit neatly into a lunch break or before work.
