What the classes are like
Freedom Studio runs a varied timetable with a clear rhythm. Flow is the most common style, and calm, strength and strong classes make up much of the rest. Sculpt and fire classes offer a more intense option, and themed sculpt sessions appear from time to time with playful names.
Most classes last about 50 minutes, while strength and flow sessions can be shorter at 35 minutes. That gives you options whether you have a full hour or only a short window.
How the week runs
More than half of the classes take place in the morning, and about a third begin before 9am. Evening classes make up about a fifth of the timetable, with the latest start at 7:15pm. Midday and weekend classes are fewer, at roughly one in ten each.
If you plan to practice before work, the early start times and the busy Monday, Thursday and Friday mornings are good places to begin.
