What the classes are
Temple Pilates offers a wide range of reformer and tower classes. Traditional Reformer and a Beginner Reformer class form the foundation, while Power Pilates and Slow Burn bring a more demanding pace. Tower classes add another texture to the practice. Strength is a visible thread across the schedule, and about a third of the classes lean toward strength work, with a further fifth focused on core and pelvic floor.
