What the classes feel like

Vinyasa leads the schedule here, and yoga and strength work make up much of what is on offer. Hot yoga, sweat-focused sessions and sculpt classes add a second layer, so the choice runs from gentle stretch to a demanding hour. Classes such as The Deep Stretch and The Mash Up Express show how the range is spread across both length and intensity.

Because the classes are built around movement, a newcomer can usually find something that matches a plan to build up slowly. The more energetic options are easy to spot by name, which helps when choosing a first class.

How the week runs

More than half of the classes begin in the morning, and the earliest start is 5:15am. The busiest start times include 8:30am and 10:30am, with 12:15pm and 4:15pm also drawing a steady crowd. Monday, Tuesday and Friday are the days with the most classes.

For anyone who practices before the working day, the early starts make the studio easy to fit in. Weekend classes make up about a fifth of the schedule, giving another option for practice outside the week.
