What the studio teaches
Pilates makes up almost all of the schedule here. Mat Pilates is the most common style, and the studio also offers Pilates circuits and an advanced circuit for more experienced practitioners. Barre appears in a smaller number of classes, so the timetable stays focused on a single method.
Classes run around 45 minutes, with the advanced circuit a little longer. The studio offers in-person sessions alongside virtual ones, including mat Pilates, basic barre and a cardio blast, so you can keep a regular practice when you cannot get to Cicero Avenue.
How the week runs
Most of the week is in the morning. A good share of classes start before 9am, with 7am among the earliest starts, and Wednesdays, Saturdays and Mondays are the busiest days. Evening classes make up about a fifth of the timetable, with the latest start at 6:45pm.
The classes are in English, and the timetable is built around a steady morning rhythm, so it fits well into a day that starts early. Weekend classes are a smaller part of the schedule.
