How the week runs
Most of the schedule is evening practice, with classes most often starting between 4:15pm and 7:15pm. Monday, Thursday and Saturday carry the most classes, and the earliest class begins at 6:30am while the last starts at 8:15pm. Around a fifth of classes fall on weekends.
Most classes last about an hour, with a number of belt and kids classes running 45 minutes. Mornings and midday are quieter, so the early hours can suit people who want fewer students in the room.
Classes and who leads them
The studio's classes center on yoga, with a few adult and kids options, and a wider range of martial arts and wrestling programs. Adult karate, advanced adult karate, MMA and youth wrestling appear alongside adult yoga. Belt classes for kids and adults run across several levels, from white and new blue through brown belt and up.
The studio has about ten facilitators, and six of them lead most of the classes, including Seijo Imazaki, Ciprian Sava and Joy Nakayama. The studio does not offer passes, so each class is booked separately through the studio.
