ILUMA Yoga │ Sauna │ Reformer is a yoga, sauna and reformer Pilates studio in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen. Classes cover vinyasa, yin, ashtanga, kundalini, prenatal yoga and reformer Pilates with a focus on core and pelvic floor, most of them open to all levels. Yin and meditation sit alongside more energetic classes like Shake The Dust. The saunagus sessions pair heat with mindfulness, from warm and soothing to hot and intense, and one includes mantra chanting. Classes run across mornings, evenings and weekends, with evenings the most common.
