What the studio teaches
The studio is built around dance. Belly dance appears in several forms, including fusion, beginners, and a fitness class at an open level. Samba, bollywood, adult tap, heels and kpop also run through the schedule, giving the week a wide range of rhythm and style.
For people who want something slower or more grounded, yogalates and a few all levels classes bring in yoga and pilates. Caribe soul: dance and embodiment, at 75 minutes, is one of the longer sessions on offer.
How the week runs
Evenings carry most of the timetable, with starts gathering around 5:30pm to 7:45pm. Weekends hold about a fifth of the classes, and the studio has a few morning starts from 10:30am onward. Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday see the busiest days.
The studio also offers children's classes, such as kids kpop for ages 7 to 12, so families can plan a practice together.
