How the week runs

The schedule runs from early mornings to late afternoon, with the earliest class starting at 7am and the latest at 5pm. Most classes begin between nine in the morning and noon, and more than half of all classes run in the morning. Midday starts make up about a third of the week, while evenings are a smaller part of the schedule.

Weekends are quiet here. Classes are spread across Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, which are the busiest days.

Yoga, qigong and movement

Yoga is the main thread, and within it you will find a wide range of classes. Qigong and tai chi appear as a smaller but steady part of the schedule. Chair yoga is offered in a very small number of classes, a good fit for anyone who prefers to practice seated.

Alongside these, the studio runs water and movement classes, including Aqua Fit, Aqua Flowga and Aqua Body Movement, as well as Pool, Gym, Balance Circuit, Woman's Strength Training and a Parkinson's Fitness Class. Silver Sneakers Classic is also on the list.

Yoga makes up nearly all of the classes here. There are also qigong and tai chi classes, and a very small number of chair yoga classes, which sit alongside gentler water and strength work.
