What is taught and at what level

Most of what happens here is pilates. Dozens of classes run across the week, and a good share are reformer sessions, with the rest taught on the mat. Levels are clearly marked, from first class ever to experienced, and a fifth of the classes are open to all levels.

Emma Lawson and Eloisa Ramos lead the largest share of the timetable, so you will often see the same facilitators, which helps when building up a practice over several weeks.

When classes run

Classes run from 6:30am through to 6:30pm. Around a third of the classes fall in the morning and a third in the evening, with about a fifth at midday. The busiest starts are 12:30pm, 5:30pm and 6:30pm, along with 6:30am for early risers.

Weekend sessions are few. Most of the week's practice is on weekdays, with Wednesday, Thursday and Friday the fullest days.
