Reformer and mat work

Reformer Pilates is the heart of this studio. More than half of its classes use the reformer, and the range runs from Reformer Fundamentals and Reformer Experienced to Reformer Clinical, so the sessions can be followed step by step as your practice grows.

Alongside the reformer you will find Mat Pilates and Mobility, plus strength training and classes focused on the core and pelvic floor. Most sessions last 50 minutes.

When the classes run

Morning is the time of day most classes fall into, with the earliest starts at 9:30am and the most popular at 10:30am and 9:30am. Evenings carry a good share too, with start times around 5:30pm and 6:30pm, and the latest start is at 7:30pm.

Midday and weekend classes are fewer. Tuesday, Wednesday and Monday are the days when the timetable is fullest.
