What the studio focuses on

Strength is the backbone of the timetable here, with nearly all classes built around it. Get Strong, Get Fit and Get Strong and TRXed are the sessions that come up most often. Alongside them sit Mat Pilates and Pilates, and a few spin and HIIT sessions for a quicker, higher-energy workout.

The studio also offers Live Strong for people aged 60 and over, and Teen Gym for young people from 12. Classes like these show a clear focus on building strength across different ages.

The shape of the week

Most of the week is taken up by morning classes, and a good portion of the sessions begin before 9am. The busiest start times are 9:30am, 12:15pm, 6am and 6:45am, and the latest class of the day starts at 6:45pm. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are the days when the most classes run.

With about a fifth of classes in the evening and only a small share at midday or on weekends, the studio suits people who want to fit practice around the start or end of a working day.
