Carlstadt

Carlstadt in Düsseldorf is a Pilates district, with reformer classes leading the timetable. A couple of studios share it, égoïste Pilates Studio Carlstadt and Vela Pilates - Reformer Studio Düsseldorf, and mat Pilates and barre sit alongside the reformer work. Classes spread across mornings and evenings with some on weekends, and there are options for first-timers, prenatal and postnatal practice, and a few in English.
