How the practice is taught

Heartful Yoga describes its approach as teaching from heart to heart. Its classes combine the strong alignment of Anusara yoga, fluid vinyasa elements and the regenerative depth of yin yoga. The studio's website says each class can be fluid and light or powerful and calm, with the same heart theme carrying through the practice.

Classes are kept small, so the facilitator can guide each person individually.
