Reformer Infrared Unsere Infrared Classes verbinden Reformer Pilates mit angenehmer Infrarotwärme. Kontrollierte Bewegungen, bewusste Atmung und gezielte Arbeit an Kraft, Stabilität und Mobilität stehen dabei im Mittelpunkt. Die Infrarotwärme begleitet dich während der gesamten Class und schafft eine besondere Atmosphäre für deine Reformer Praxis. Je nach Schwerpunkt variieren die Bewegungsabläufe und die Intensität. Geeignet für: Teilnehmer mit Reformer-Erfahrung. WICHTIG: Zur Teilnahme an diesem Kurs benötigst Du rutschfeste Socken (Grippy Socks). Bitte informiere uns vor Kursbeginn über gesundheitliche Besonderheiten oder Beschwerden. Stornierungsbedingungen: Eine kostenfreie Stornierung ist bis 24 Stunden vor Kursbeginn möglich. Bei späterer Stornierung oder Nichterscheinen wird der Kurs als besucht gewertet.
