Classes are open to all levels and lean calm and restorative, with yin, vinyasa flow, Jivamukti, somatic yoga and breathwork on the schedule. Sound is a thread through the practice: sound baths with singing bowls and gong, yin paired with crystal bowls, and breathwork combined with sound. Back yoga classes, one with a physiotherapy angle, and Shake the Dust, a movement practice, round it out. Most classes run in the evening, with some mornings and weekend sessions.
