What the classes are
Boxing and Beyond's classes lean toward boxing and mobility. You will find Box and Mobility, which combines boxing with mobility training, and Learn and Burn, where you practice boxing technique and build strength and stress relief. Kick and Burn takes a more intense approach, pairing kickboxing combinations with functional moves and intervals.
For a shorter session, Quick Hit 30 gives you a 30-minute box workout. Monday Reset is a starting point for the week, with intense rounds that wake you up and clear the head. Most of the classes run about an hour.
How the week runs
Most of the week's practice happens in the morning and in the evening, with mornings carrying about half of the classes and evenings about a third. Starts are scattered from 7am through to 8pm, and the most common start times are 9:30am, 4pm, 5pm and 8pm.
The studio is set up for people who want to practice without a long lead-in. Many classes are marked as suitable for all ages and fitness levels, and there are sessions for those attending for the first time.
