Soulbliss8 is a yoga studio in Rahlstedt, on Schweriner Straße in Hamburg's east. Its program spans everything from a slow Hatha class to a Vinyasa Power Flow that builds heat, with Yin and somatic sessions for deep release. Fascia work after the Human Garage method and mat Pilates sit alongside the yoga, so a single studio can cover most of the ways people like to move and rest.

What is practiced at Soulbliss8
The studio's core is yoga, and the styles run from calm to strong. Hatha is the classic, slower way into the postures, and Yin holds poses for up to five minutes with bolsters and blocks. For a more active session, Vinyasa Flow & Glow and Vinyasa Power Flow bring sweat, strength and flexibility, and Yin & Yang Yoga moves from a flow into a Yin practice in the same class.
Beyond yoga, Soulbliss8 runs Human Garage fascia work, which uses fascial maneuvers to loosen tension and build mobility, and mat Pilates for the deep core and pelvic floor. Meditation and breathwork appear in a smaller number of classes.
How the week is shaped
Morning yoga is a real part of the week, with Rise n' Shine Yoga and Morning Yoga Flow offering a way to wake the body before the day begins. Most of the week, though, falls in the evening, when the studio's busiest start times cluster around 5pm, 6:30pm and 7pm.
The classes are sized at an hour in most cases, with a few 75-minute sessions for those who want a longer flow. Weekends carry a smaller share of the timetable.
